There is no perfect age, just wait until you met the right girl. Wait until you feel the moment is right and your ready. Don't give in to peer pressure or listen to age standards, only you know your self and what you are ready for. I was pregnant by 18 and I sure wish I had waited, my life could have been so much different. Although I love my son, I still wish I had waited.

Sex not occur before:
1. You are ready to deal with a pregnancy, should it occur
2. You are ready to deal with an STD, should it occur
3. When you know how a woman can become pregnant (all the ways it can occur)
4. When you know what the various STDs are and how they are transmitted and how to help protect against them
5. When you are ready to insist you wear a condom
6. When your partner is on a reliable form of birth control and using it properly
7. When you are ready to deal with any emotional issues that may come from being intimate with another person
Until you've got those things covered, you should not have sex.

Like someone else said when this question was asked. . .when you are old enough to know the difference between loose and lose. Despite that, 20 is a good time as long as it feels right.

There is no perfect age. When you find that women that is special you will know it is the right time. Dont be in a hurry. It will be worth it and the women will like and appreciate being your first. How special. I know I did. My husband was a virgin.

There is no best age for anyone to lose it. You lose it when you lose it, point blank. Although it's better when you have feelings for the other person. Just an opinion tho.
