chances are he will leave again without speaking.. not worth to risk it, he has had opportunities to be with you and he hasnt take them.. so he is not worth of your time.
you are married, respect that and move on.
dont let this guy you loved appear and disappear when ever he feels like, not fair to you.

I would normally not touch a subject like this but I have been through something similar. Look at the final results:
1. You give in, have some fun and stay with your husband
2. You give in, not have fun and stay with your husband
3. You give in, have some fun and leave your husband
4. You give in, not have fun, husband finds out and he leaves you
5. You give in, have some fun, husband finds out and he leaves you.
6. You don't give in and you keep your friend.
7. You don't give in and you tell him to stay away from you.
8. Your friend disappears... again.
In the end, one of these is going to happen. My mother always said to me, if your stuck with a choice to make, flip a coin but don't look at it, then ask yourself which side would you prefer to be showing... it works.
The question is, what do you want?

your married. now ask yourself why you got married to your husband. It is tempting buy why hurt your husband? You need to listen to your heart. It will tell you why it didn't work out with the other guy.
