United Cutlery probably has a Gil Hibben Special along the lines of what you want. Likewise, if you gave Cold Steel a call, they'd DEFINITELY be all over it. Anyone else smell Polypropolene? I've contemplated building a Tactical Fly Swatter. Using a Flyback transformer as the HV unit, and with a fiberglass core for rigidity and it's insulative properties. It would run off of a car battery, but would be highly effective. This would be the Mark I.
