I have Wegeners Granulomatosis - one of the symptoms is very poor appetite - I am so glad that someone invented marmite and cheshire cheese - coz at the moment that seems to be all I'm eating. I was diagnosed in 1990 and seem to be doing quite well when I read what's happened to other sufferers - but the lack of appetite make you look like an escapee from a WW2 concentration camp after a year or two - very good for attracting the attention of shop detectives - who think you're an addict. So not a look I'd contemplate deliberately.

Not eating propely causes major stomach disorders.
One 'small' meal a day would not contain enough vitamins, calories and substance to sustain you healthy long term.
