Yes and this what The Creator Wakan Tanka Told Me!!

Each morning upon rising, and each evening before sleeping, gives thanks for the life within you and for all life, for the good things the Creator has given you and for the opportunity to grow a little more each day. Consider your thoughts and actions of the past day and seek for the courage and strength to be a better person. Seek for the things that will benefit others (everyone).

2. Respect. Respect means "To feel or show honor or esteem for someone or something; to consider the well being of, or to treat someone or something with deference or courtesy". Showing respect is a basic law of life.

3. Once a council has decided something in unity, respect demands that no one speak secretly against what has been decided. If the council has made an error, that error will become apparent to everyone in its own time.

4. Be truthful at all times, and under all conditions.

5. Always treat your guests with honor and consideration. Give of your best food, your best blankets, the best part of your house, and your best service to your guests.

6. The hurt of one is the hurt of all; the honor of one is the honor of all.

7. Receive strangers and outsiders with a loving heart and as members of the human family.

8. All the races and tribes in the world are like the different colored flowers of one meadow. All are beautiful. As children of the Creator they must all be respected.

9. To serve others, to be of some use to family, community, nation, and the world is one of the main purposes for which human beings have been created. Do not fill yourself with your own affairs and forget you’re most important talks. True happiness comes only to those who dedicate their lives to the service of others.

10. Observe moderation and balance in all things.

11. Know those things that lead to your well-being and those things that lead to your destruction.

12. Listen to and follow the guidance given to your heart. Expect guidance to come in many forms; in prayer, in dreams, in times of quiet solitude, and in the words and deeds of wise Elders and friends.

About 6 years ago. It was 4 am and I was driving on a dark, country road in a rainstorm. I was headed to work. Going downhill into a valley, I saw headlights and realized that I was going to have a head on collision with a semi-truck also coming downhill into the valley from the other side. At that moment I *knew* and I mean I absolutely *knew* that not only would I hit that truck, but that I would be ok. My car burned; the semi truck had a ruptured gas tank and they ended up calling a hazmat team! It turned to be true, though. I was ok. Aside from a small scar on my shoulder from a seatbelt burn, and a mystery scratch on my leg, I had no injury. I have sought far and wide for an explanation of how I knew I'd be ok. At the time I was of no particular religious persuasion. Eventually I came to realize that the only answer to my query was divine intervention.

If you grew up with a solid and good relationship with your earthly father when he was alive, after he passes his spirit will continue to live within you and you will know his response to various situations.

When you spend time in prayer and have a relationship with your heavenly father, it becomes second nature to know what his will is for various situations.

Of course you could be wrong and declare Jihad in the name of Allah or invade Irag in the name of Jesus, but in most cases it is not so tough to distinguish the right path from the wrong one.

God speaks to us first through feelings, if you fail to read these feelings, God will speak to you through experiences and finally if that fails....it'll be through words. Words are the least effective way to communicate God's messages.....just look at where we are in 2007, we still haven't gotten it right. We choose "the written word" over experience. It should be the other way around.

God doesn't speak to us literally. You can think about him and know he is there but he can't really make physical contact with you. He is around you though and looking out for you.

He said coda which is welsh slang for get up. i know it was him as there was no else in the house apart from my mum. once i got up i went to find her and she was on the window ledge of her bedroom ready to jump. long story short i believe God woke me that night to save my mothers life.

God speaks to all of us through nature...after all, we are human nature. He does so much speak direct as shows us the way, when we pray for answers...they always come.
