And they are supposed to be going out tonight. My mom really likes him to! But i sure don't i mean he is the type that you ask him for some help on your homework, o sorry i gotta do this or sorry hunn i am a little busy. And right before mom met him we were going to get a dog, but her boyfriend jason doesn't like dogs!

It sounds like you don't care too much about this guy because he hasn't really taken time out to get to know you or include you in THEIR relationship.
IF he proposes to your mom you should let her know that you are happy that she is happy but let tell her that you think you and your new step-father need to start doing things together as a family.
Homework and family time are things that you will also need. My fiance told my daughter that he was going to propose before he actually did it. He wanted to know how she felt about him being in our family permanently.
Just let your mom know how you feel, and if you can't tell her just show her a copy of this message.

This is not your business. Your mom will make the best decision for both of you - don't start meddling into her love life unless you have concrete proof of something she needs to know about. If this guy already lives with you then things aren't going to change because he gives your mother a ring.

Maybe he doesn't feel he's smart enough to help with your homework. And maybe he's had a bad experience with dogs or allergic. Does he treat your mom and you good otherwise? Is your mom happy? It could be a lot worse. I'd be happy as long as my mom was happy.

sounds as if u are upset and that u do not really like this man. talk to your mom if u really dislike him, but u have to come up with a better reason than the dog thing. be honest with her, and say just what is on your mind, if u don't he is going to be your next stepfather.

I think you should talk to your mom. You are her first priority. At least you should be. When women have kids they are supposed to put them first. Why do women forget that. Tell mom how you feel. Maybe she will talk to him. Maybe mom needs to move on. Just my opinion. Good luck.
