Someone told me that when you work out your muscles start to form when you're sleeping. If this is the case, since I only get 2-3 hours of sleep a night but working out daily will I still see results?

The human body needs at least 4 hours of sleep to reach REM (rapid eye movement) sleep. This is the part of sleep that allows the body and mind to recharge for the next day. An exteneded period of time, only getting 2-3 hours of sleep will wear you down, make you more irratable and will not help you trying to build up your body. As with anything else the human body needs to be taken care of to work at the highest level. Working out is a good idea, getting enough sleep is an even better one.

8 hours of sleep an afternoon is ********, it is extra like 6-7. better than 2-3 regardless of the undeniable fact that. I used to run on approximately 4 to 5 hours sleep an afternoon, so I style of understand the way you will desire to be feelng. believe me, you think of you're super till you get your widespread volume of sleep at some point.then you definately'll recognize what you have missed, what you're meant to experience like. sure, loss of sleep is a few thing undesirable. It reasons diverse medical situations. actual, your suggestions won't be able to function besides, it quite is a few thing you desire as a student. Slowed word keep in mind, memory lapses, much less suggestions enhance, yet in addition aching muscle mass, dizziness and nausea, and dry mouth. bigger blood stress, bigger danger for diabetes, and bigger danger of fibromyalgia too by skill of ways. it is not the lack of sleep that does this regardless of the undeniable fact that, it is the lack of REM sleep. There are option sleep cycles in which you actual velocity up the time it takes to get on your REM sleep (= extra REM sleeps in a quick volume of time) which will help. And.. go purchase your self some melatonin.

You will see results over a slower time period with out giving your muscles proper time to heal. See you build muscle by tearing and pulling and your body needs recovery time to be able to build mass or strenght dude you need more sleep to see better results quicker other wise the recovery time is so poor you might just end up hurting your self

first of all, you need to be getting more sleep than that, or else your mind and body will start to shut down. i would shoot for a bare minimum of 5 hrs but aim for about 7.
i think you can still get results, but muscles repair themselves best when they are not being used (most likely scenario, while sleeping). also, proper nutrition will go a long way in helping you reach your goal.

No you won't see results. You need 8 hours of sleep for the muscles to repair themselves. Sleep deprivation will cause your body to consume your muscles as fuel. There for you'll lose definition.

2-3 hours is not enough sleep. You will start to suffer from exhaustion. Doctors always say 8 hours of sleep a night, but it varies from person to person.
