I made a mistake and went back with an Ex, 2 years after we broke up. She had called me back and forth over the 6 months following our break up, but there was a betrayal of trust, which I took a long time to forgive. 3 months after we got back together, again a betrayal of trust ended our relationship.

You dont. Thats Why You Are Ex's. If They Notice They Lost Something Cool But I Think Its Best To Stay.... Make Them Work For It To get Back.

Well.....me and my boyfriend...which now is my husband..hint,(lol) Had broke up for a year and then met up with each other while out having drinks with friends and began talking and soon relizes that we both still had felling for each other and then within days we were dating...three years later we were married! We have a great relationship! I dont regret the one year split because we both grew wiser to want we wanted and just so happen...what we wanted was each other!...... Good Luck! Things will work out for the best!

I've never had anyone break up with me but I have broken up with a few who I have gone back to. It usually takes very little time for them to miss you. I would say they will call you out of the blue, unless they have another significant other.

I think it is a bad idea to go back with an ex,if it didnt work first time around there are obviously problems there and they will still be there.Life is about choices and I thin when one is made to terminate a relationshp then it is better to just move on.

I did it . After 20 years my x contacted my twin boys and told them that leaving me was the biggest mistake he'd ever made that he never stopped loving me. We got back together for about 7 months. It didn't work because of his drinking and temper. My son just picked me up in Ark. Sunday and brought me to Mississippi to start over

My NOW husband and I broke up 2 years ago for about 2 months. He moved out, the whole thing.... So, as soon as he left, I started going out and keeping myself busy so It wouldnt hurt as bad as it did when I was sitting at home alone. So I made sure that his friends KNEW I was out and having a great time. He never stopped contacting me, and one night he called pretty late, and I said... I cant talk. I have company. hahaha... Well, I made sure he knew I was dating around and talking to a few guys... And one wednesday night, he called me up and said he had to speak to me, and BEGGED me to come over. So I did... and he begged me to give him another chance. I did! I knew I didnt want to end it with him. I wasnt the one ending it in the first place- He was. He was ending our relationship over something really stupid, and I knew I had to play the game to get the guy. So I did and it worked, and I regret NOTHING. We are now happily married, and NEVER talk about breaking up anymore. Good luck

When I break-up with someone, it stays that way. It does not matter if the guy realizes after what a catch I was, he should have been able to figure that out when we were together.
