Not directly. I think you have to take the Blue Line to the Red Line. Red Line to Union Station and MetroLink to to Orange. There isn't any direct train.
You could also take the Blue Line to the Green Line. Green Line to Norwalk. Bus to Norwalk Metro Link Station and MetroLink to Orange.

SHEESH! human beings shouldn't positioned up right here in the event that they don't stay right here! convinced, that is approximately 40 two miles from long sea coast to Van Nuys. however the only time you are going to make that run in 40 5 mins is around hour of darkness on Sunday (if the inebriated drivers don't get you). Not Directly.
From LB You would have to take the Metro Blue Line to the Metro Red Line to Union Station. From there take Metrolink to Anaheim. From there take a bus to Orange.

nope sorry no train but there is direct bus service from
Cal State to Orange, from the Long beach transit mall
(or anywhere along 7th streets of Atlatnic, you can board
a Long transit bus (90,91,92, 93 or ZAP or OCTA 60
all will take to
7th/Channel where you will transfer to OCTA 50 that bus
will take to the city of orange.
