Oooooo That sounds yummy! I would just count the calories in the milk... That would probably be about 130-140.

You can check Starbucks.com for your calorie inquires. Go to the top under nutrition. For this particular drink you would go to Tazo Teas and click TAZO TEA Chia Tea Latte, then re-calculate for non-fat milk. For just that it's 230, for the sugar free syrups it's 0 calories--but just so you know if you use the sugared syrups a grande (16 oz) cup get's four pumps so calculate for all four pumps :)
