so besides water, I drink sprite zero and pepsi jazz sometimes
is that bad for me?

Yes it is bad for you. Here is something that most people do not know.

Diet sodas and other drinks made with out sugar still taste sweet, right? Well your brain does not know that there is no sugar in those drinks, so the second they hit your tongue you brain sends a message to your pancreas and says "Sugar on the way! Make insulin!" So you make insulin. The problem? There isn't any sugar to use that insulin on! So, then you store that insulin as fat because there isn't any other way to get rid of it now. This contributes to fat storage and to eventual insulin resistence.

all the suger in them is bad. cut out any carbonated drinks

No. You can burn those carbs off by running and sweating.
