I was able to lose 15-20 pounds and have kept it off by:

- removing milk, sugars, sodas from diet.
- running or swimming intensely for 20 minutes 2 or 3 times a week.

Try a cleansing diet! I did and lost 11 pounds and 21 inches in only 9 days. I was very happy with the results and continued on the program and lost 29 pounds in 5 weeks. This is the fastest I have ever lost with other diets like Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Medifast, Slimfast etc…. Cleansing works by removing toxins from your body. You get toxins from your food (pesticides, preservatives, food additives, colorings) water, chemicals, pollution, medications, alcohol, hormones that the animals you eat were fed etc….YUCK! The toxins get coated with fat and remain in your body. To remove the fat, you have to remove the toxins. This system worked for me, maybe it can work for you too. You can check out the website or call this toll free number 1-877-587-4647 for more info. The program is not cheap, but it is worth every penny since it works and keeps you motivated. Good luck! A diet will not keep off the weight. Lifestyle change will.

Ways to change to keep off the weight:

1) start a workout program

or

2) take out or replace certain things in your diet

for instance instead of pop drink diet pop or water
instead of ordering a big pizza eat a little lean cuisine pizza to satisfy the craving, use splenda to sweeten or cook instead of sugar, eat more lean meats like chicken and pork,

Oh and MAKE SURE TO GET ENOUGH SLEEP if your body does not rest then your metabolism will suck

Drink lots of water -> also you can add ice to make your body burn more calories as it must heat the water up to your body temperature

These things all work for me... good luck to you

Its the height vs weight, not age-
optimum protein, low fat, low sugar, low carbohydrate, low salt nutrition replacing two meals along with essential supplements, and having one meal of your choice per day, with one liter of water for every 44lbs would provide desired result
Male=1"=1kg=2.2lbs
women 1"=800gms=1.76lbs standard weight
now You can work out your possibilities
Fat% Men 16% and women 26%
Men 2000-2200 calories, women 1500-1800 calories(intake)
