You can do what my grandma did and follow the person around with your shopping cart until you have a prime opportunity to "get them back." I must say, watching my 80 year old grandmother do this was pretty funny, maybe not mature, but funny. However, I don't recommend it. I personally ingnore them.

What do mean "aristocratic jams your heel?" Do mean an aristocrat? How do you know it was an aristocrat?

Sounds like a person not paying attention-regardless of economic status.

I would say "Excuse me!" I probably won't get a reaction, but I would at least speak up for myself.

Not much you can do really. If someone is being inconsiderate, there's not much to do.

I love KKingS answer! LOL !My family and I were at Pearl Harbor in Hawaii and this happened to me. I said in a very loud voice, "Dude, you just stepped on my foot!" He didn't understand English, or at least he was acting like he didn't. Then my 6'5" 225lb husband gave him a look that said, "I'm gonna kick your *** if you don't get out of here." He walked away very quickly.

First off, I would just say very loudly, "EXCUSE ME" and then depending on whether that gets his/her attention, I would say I wasn't conceived in a glass factory and I'm definitely not transparent!
