Water helps your body to digest. It flushes, moves and hydrates all parts of you. Without water your body has to work extra hard to do these things, thus leaving you tired. Drink water every chance you get!

you're dehydrating... you must stay hydrated or your body begins to fail.

also you must keep mineral counts up too.. same thing will happen.

watch out for how much water you ingest too! stay within what your body can handle.. too much can do more damage than not enough.
