With one brown covered eye, sounds like your dog is "wearing" a monacle, the single eyeglass piece. Sounds like a true Brit! So, he/she should have a true Brit name. Several on here have offered some good Brit names. You haven't stated if your dog is male or female, so maybe you could use a non-gender specific name. Even if a name "sounds" masculine or feminine, so what? Glenn Close is a female with a traditionally "male" name. I like the name Monty (or Monte) because it does sound SO Brit, it's a nickname for one of England's great military leaders (Montgomery), and it reminds me of that classic Brit film, The Full Monty.

Fem names : Sally, Ronda, China, Plea, Hera,
Male names : Jerricho, General or Sergeant(however you spell it lol), Bully,
