Windows Media Player - any version after 9 should do it (there is a ripping button on the top menu options). Make sure to go into the Windows Media Player ripping settings to define what you want it to rip as (.wmv or .mp3) as well as the quality (always choose max unless you have a hard drive issue).

the new windows media player is mad nice and does all that shiz..
also it comes with a free sample of Urge which is cool *** hell. it's kinda like limewire, you can download full cd's, except since its just a trail version the songs you get are copy protected..

its called cd burning xp pro , i think goto download .com and search for that.
