In a sauce pan pour 1/4 cup water
Add about 1/4 cup honey
and then 1/4 cup of your fav jam or jelly
bring almost to a boil and then turn the heat down to low stir for a about 3-5 min to reduce it and then 'paint' on the chicken. Delicious!!!PS you can also add herbs or garlic/onion powder, salt and pepper, to the sauce just before you brush it on to add some savory/salty to the sweet.

Cook your chicken then remove it from the pan to the service platter - place 2 tablespoons butter in the pan and add 1/2 cup honey stir and quickly pour over chicken. Honey burns easily so work quickly to heat but not "cook"" the glaze. Good Luck!

I mix equal parts of honey with soysauce and barbeque sauce. It is so good.
