I haven't tried very many wines, the only wine I have found to even remotely like is the Asti Spumante. What are some wines that are similar to it?

Asti is a sparkling wine based on Italian Muscato. It's fairly sweet too. I'm guessing you have a "young" palet and would appreciate a sweeter (or certainly less dry) type of wine. So I recommend the following:

Italian Wines:
Muscato - if you can find it. The cheap Sutter Homes Muscato is VERY sweet, but it's not a true muscato at all. It tastes more like a sweet white with apple juice added... not necessarily bad, but I'm a purist.
Lambrusco - a sparkling red wine from Italy, this one is sweet and fairly light. I like to have it with a nice slightly sweet pastry like russian nut-braid. Even my friends who HATE wine like this one in particular. The brand that I can find and like most out of whats available at our local store evades me, but the bottle is red with black foil on the top, and the back label reveals that it is imported from Italy.
Chianti - perhaps the staple of my wine diet, Chianti is NOT sweet. However, unlike most reds it lacks alot of tanins which produce the distinct bitter flavor. As such, it doesnt necessarily need decanting before drinking. I like it because even though it's dry it's still a very smooth flavor. My favorite is the Ruffino brand, which is available at safeway for about 11 dollars a bottle. While it might take a couple tries to get used to, I think you'll really enjoy it.

German Style Wines:
Riesling - any semi-sweet riesling would probably taste good to you. Dry rieslings MIGHT go okay. Late-havest rieslings are too sweet in my opinion.
Gewürztraminer - A fairly sweet wine, though I've found that different wineries each produce distinct varieties on this one... some that i like, some that I don't.
I would stay away from eiswein - it's a traditional german wine which (in my purist opinion) should be purchased from traditional german wineries. Bottles here in the US are overpriced and, in my comparison, simply not as good. Eiswein is VERY sweet anyway.

Japanese style -
You can sometimes find this in your grocery store - plum wine... it's an interesting wine which is fairly sweet. I like having a glass with sushi. In the end, however, it mostly tastes like, well, juice.

Asti Spumante is a slightly sweet sparkling wine from Italy's Piedmonte region. If you're looking for a bit of a change, whilst still sticking to what you know, I would suggest that your first move should be a demi-sec sparkling wine, perhaps a Champagne or Cava. This may be a slight step up in price but the style will be similar and you will have a chance to see how different grape varieties and different production methods suit your tastes.

well it depends on what or if you will be eating with it.

If your eating pasta or fish. A nice white wine such kendal jackson chardonnay goes very well. If your eating red meats or chicken, blackstone merlot is great. If your simply relaxing and just want a taste of wine bollino pinot grigio will give you the taste you want.

If you looking for a sweet desert like wine, white zinfendal is very good as well
