This guy I know just doesnt get it that I dont want to date him, even after I have told him over over!!! Help!!

It's not your responsibility to get him not to like you. You have a life to live. He needs to get one.
You have to tell your family and friends what you are going through so that they can help him get the hint. He is a border line stalker because his hormones are telling him yes no matter what you do or say.
Ignore him. Move on.

Although some of the other answers would cause him to dislike you in the moment, I would suggest doing the following: Stop him and talk to him somewhere in private or on the phone or something. Explain to him that you respect him and all but he is looking desperate or stupid or something when he chases you after you say no. (Even if you don't respect him, this will get him to listen.) Emphasize that when he ignores your answer he is disrespecting you and that he'd have better luck if he found someone else. If that doesn't get him to stop, consider having some large male friends instruct him to leave you alone. Not beat him up or anything foolish like that, just let him know that you have reinforcements to your original message. :-) But always, ALWAYS be polite to him when doing these things because sometimes these guys react in stupid ways to rudeness.

1. Take the bag off your head.
2. Talk about yourself.
3. Have sex with him, he won't come around again.
4. Tell him Guy on Guy turns you on.
5. Make a joke about how small a guy with a 8 incher is.
6. Tell him you have herpes.
7. Ask him if he knows how to kill a yeast infection.

You really need to get this guys attention, look him in the eyes, and tell him "Look, you're nice and all, but I really don't want to go out with you..not now and not ever"...
Some guys just can't take a hint...and it sounds like this guy would not be turned off by anything...(unless you want to tell him you're: gay; a leper; going into the nunnery; or not expecting to live past this week).LOL!

Rack him, or ignore him. You can't really get someone to stop liking you no matter how much you want them to. Just let him get over it in his own time, if he doesn't get over it then find a boyfriend and have him beat up the guy.

You could try reverse psychology & tell him that you love him
and want to be with him every moment of every day....
start calling him and constantly ask him where he is going
and what he is going to do............. watch the movie "how to lose a guy in 10 days".........the things she does WILL WORK on most guys.

Then just let it go. Unless he's stalking you if you ignore him he'll eventually move on. Some people nearly force us to be ugly to them because they won't take a polite "not interested" as an answer.

You just really hould sit down and let him know how you feel. And if that desn't work and he still keeps coming around and popping up then you should take papers out on him.

Find out all the things that turn him off and start doing them. If that does not work, tell him you are seeing someone else, and do not take his calls, and refuse to see him.
