Try the following
prawn toast
3 tiger prawns, peeled
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp chopped fresh flatleaf parsley
2 slices farmhouse loaf
salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsp sesame seeds

To make the prawn toast, place the prawns, two teaspoons of the olive oil and the parsley into a food processor. Season well with salt and freshly ground black pepper and blend to a paste.
3. Spread the paste over the bread slices, cut the slices into triangles and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
4. Heat the remaining one tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan. Add the bread slices, sesame-side down, and fry for two minutes, or until golden

1 lb cleaned raw prawns, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
2 teaspoons fresh grated ginger
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil
10 slices thinly sliced bread, crusts removed
4 tablespoons sesame seeds, approx
oil, for deep-frying

To make the paste, put in your food processor: the prawns, salt, egg, ginger, soy, onions and sesame oil, process into a paste.
Cut the bread into rectangles, approx 3 per slice.
Spread the prawn paste on the bread, with a slight mound in the center.
Put the sesame seeds in a small bowl and press the paste side into the seeds.
Heat the oil to a medium heat and deep-fry the toasts paste side down for 2 to 3 minutes then turn them over and fry until they are golden brown.
Remove from the oil, drain on paper kitchen towel.
Repeat process until they are all done.
NOTE: Use bread that is not fresh, if it is, dry it out in your oven, it will absorb less oil You can also make the paste by hand chopping everything very finely.

Dry fry some sessame seeds untill they are lightly/medium browned and toasted! mash some prawns/shrimp and add sessame to the prawns with a bit of soy sauce to taste!

then fry some triangles of white bread in a little oil untill crisp! now add egg to the prawn mixture and mix well spread on one side of the triangels of toast and shallow fry on that side only untill the egg is set and is stuck to the bread!
