I would take him back to the hospital. That could be anything.

If they are tiny it could just be heat rash (caused by the excess sweating and chafing experienced in hot climates), especially if you aren't used to a tropical climate or have sensitive skin. If it doesn't go away after a week or so, see a doctor. I doubt it's an STI if all you were doing was kissing. You could have received some other kind of irritant from the girls saliva though I guess. If you were mildly allergic to something on her or in the air (food, pollen, fabric softener or perfume, etc.) the spots could be hives. Again, if it doesn't clear up soon, get it checked out. Good luck :)

sounds similar to chicken pox. But it might be a allergic reaction to something. You should take him back to the doctor. If it gets worse take him to the hospital.

If it's not chicken pox, he may be allergic to something. Have you recently added anything new to his diet?
