Write to the schools you are interested in. There is no one standard requirement. Not to be critical, but you'll have to work on your English also.

If you have got very good percentage for mechanical engineering and you are very well fit for it just continue with your own field, get some jobs. Because mechanical students have got a very very wide scope dont forget about it. But if you are financially stable and you would like to get involved in works like planning, organising, staffing and administrating a business organisation then just go for MBA, choose the correct institute. You will get even more paid.

depends on the schools... you need TOEFL I believe, and for top MBA programs, working experience is quite desirable (if not required).
