i can't install my printer,because my windows98 was destoyed in fire,i went to many of stores and they don't sell them anymore,i want to know is there anyway that you could download on my computor

Try to contact micrsoft. They probably have a wherehouse full of Windows 98 CDs.
Then again, maybe it's time to get a new printer?

You won't find it in any store. You may be able to get one on E-Bay. However, if all you want to do is install a printer, you may be able to avoid purchasing a disk. If this is a new printer, try installing the software (drivers) that came with the machine, and THEN connecting the printer. If Windows 98 is asking for the 98 cd, it may be looking for drivers for the printer. Unless you have a 10 year old printer, they wouldn't be on that CD anyway. If '98 is looking for a .dll file, make note of the EXACT name and do a Google search for it. It will be something like "somefilename.dll". You may also search www.dll-files.com.

i have a windows 98 disk, 95 disk and an xp disk, but with xp you have to but a new serial code. i might be able to make a copy of it. but try to goto:
and download u torrent. you will need to be able to burn cd iso files. if your not to good on the computer i will make a copy.

You may can find it in a store that sells old stuff.You may have heard this before,but we are entering a new era and I would upgrade if I were you.Windows 98 is so yesterday.Good Luck.
