Aphrodisiacs. . .
Although none have been clinically proven.
I believe wihout a doubt that in most cases the following do in fact have that effect. . . from experiance.

Foods:

Pomegranite - very effective . . .
Oysters
Chocolate
Ashwagandha - an herb (wow)

Don't forget the power of aphrodisiacal candles and sensual oils etc. . . typically they are infused with scents and pheromones which are natural chemical scents the body produces in order to attract others.

No foods are proven aphrodisiacs. How does food turn someone on???? A lot of people say oysters and chocolate but whatever. The best way to get your girl going is a little four play.

Alcohol, Asparagus, Bananas, Caviar, Champagne, Chocolate, Figs, Oysters, Vanilla, Radishes, Truffles (mushroom not chocolate)

That's "aphrodisiac" and although there are some that are claimed to be, I've never heard of anyone experiencing the effect nor have I myself....but then people with active libidos don't need them.
