Actually precum is more "potent" than the ejaculation itself. There is more little sperm in it so the chances are very good in comparison.
Only thing is, an orgasm sort of shoots it inside her but if it's precum, you're still pushing it inside her. I'd say you're AS LIKELY to get knocked up.

it depends upon a lot of things - her age, how long since she lost her virginity, time of the month. but since it's the same stuff as you get later on it's not exactly what i'd call a low chance, the only difference between precum and proper *** is the projectile force, and that's not really gonna affect those little guys' enthusiasm. i would suggest emergency contraception to anyone who was worried about it.

Not the same as a full load but there is sperm in precome and you can become pregnant. If you are trying to avoid getting pregnant than I recomend using birthcontrol. The pill is your best option because in the heat of passion we all make mistakes.

It depends on the guy. Some guys have a lot of sperm in their prec*m. Other guys have very little. But you should use protection just to be safe.
