it does work but it really makes your house stink and it gets boring. you'll lose the weight but you do gain it back so it's not a permanent fix.

Well, it worked as well as I suppose any broth or soup diet would work-- you are basically starving yourself and eating a vegetable based broth. It was hard to stick to because I was hungry and at some point or another I was so sick of eating cabbage soup that I'd rather just not eat at all. Secondly, it gave me a LOT of gas-- cabbage is notorious for causing gas. I really believe someone came up with that diet as a sick joke. I bet if you blended broccoli and broth in a blender and ate it all day everyday, you would lose a lot of weight as well. That may even taste better. But broccoli is gaseous too, so you may not want to try that.

All clear soups are good as they start the digestive process and curtail the total intake of food.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

those don't work. you may drop a few pounds, but the second you eat something other than cabbage soup the weight will come right back. just eat healthy and exercise and you will lose weight and keep it off.

It works - if you're looking for quick, short term weight loss. Or if you just need to kind of jump start your weight loss. Don't stay on it very long - like every fad diet, it won't be good for you in the long term. Eat healthy, exercise, burn more calories than you consume... tried, but true.

It works as long as you can stay on it. You will fart a lot and it really smells bad and your house won't smell too good from cooking it either. Gets really boring after a while.

I would not suggest it. It is not a long term diet. Go with something that you can stick with.
