13Let us behave decently, as in the daytime, not in orgies and drunkenness, not in sexual immorality and debauchery, not in dissension and jealousy.

Because the Bible is not, and was never meant to be, a complete guidebook to Christianity or to morality. The writings of the Apostles to various communities addressed those specific problems that were prevalent in those communities at that time, not all possible moral problems. Apparently fornication and adultery were two such problems.

In the Satanic bible it says not to make sexual advances without being given the mating call, thus rape and molestation are against a Satanists beliefs....
Satanic bible = pretty much the opposite of the Christian Bible
I'll allow you to make your own conclusions.

the bible says to love each other as ourselves. therefore we may not rape or molest each other. even if there were and 11th and 12 commandment that said thou shall not rape and though shall not molest people would still come up with things to complain about.

They don't want anyone to be happy, but that which is considered inhumane wasn't even thought of at the time. Women were around only for becoming pregnant (according to the mindset of 2,000 years ago); that, and the bible, if you have not already noticed, is contradictory in many ways.

Because rape and molestation generally happen to women, and the Christian God doesn't waste a lot of time worrying about them.

The root word comes from the greek word, "porneia", which is a more general term meaning all forms of sexual immorality and unlawful 'lust'...It is where we get the word Pornography .
The actual root also refers to harlotry and is identified with idolatry.

"Porneia" -- the word incorrectly translated as "fornication" -- means any sexual sin. It covers rape and molestation.
