It is recommended by the ''yogis'' that we drink water
1 hour after consuming our meal.
The scientific reason being that the juices or enzymes that digest our food, shd not get diluted .
It does not need any justification. DO It for sometime, and u will know it for yrself.
Kar kay dekho !!!!!!!!!! Try !

One can drink water half an hour before a meal and half an hour after. The digestive acids get diluted when water is taken while eating or within the time limits specified. This is a time-tested and proven system according to the ancient Hindu practice.

Following this helps in optimum digestion and assimilation of nutrients.

If u take small quantites of water with food it is ok as the juices secreted by the digestive system will not be diluted to a great extent but if u wish to take in half litre measures avoid it for about 30 min before and after the meals so that the juices digest ur food well.

To give time to digestive juices (chemicals produced by liver) for digesting your food well u should avoid diluting it with simultaneous water consumption while eating and till about an hour after eating.
Drink water after 1 hour of meal. One hour is the time that is usually needed for the juices to mix properly with the food and break them down into substances fit for absorption by the intestines in the blood stream.

you can drink water at any time of the day but supposively its better if u dont drink water while having a meal and u should wait until ur done eating so you can drink water but thats just because if u drink water and eat at the same time it makes your metabolism slower or something, you can still eat and drink water and nothing bad will happen to you
