Yes. The Scripture says, "For it is appointed unto man once to die and after this, the JUDGMENT". This will be the time we all stand before God and make an account of ourselves.

I believe I will go through what is called the "bardo" which is an intermediate stage between death and rebirth, starting immediately after I'm dead to the perceptions of many, but my mind will continue on, and if I've not trained it well enough, such as maintaining clinging and attachments and aversions to various issues and things in life, I will take rebirth according to that karma I've accrued. There are various rebirths one can take, such as in the hell realms, deva realms (gods/goddesses), pretas, animal rebirths and so on.
The only account will be my mind, either free of a certain amount of what I've mentioned or not.

Some are taught in church that Hell is a place of suffering where evil souls go and Heaven is where good people go.
This is not a bible teaching:
Did Abraham die and went to a ever-burning hell? Surely idol worshippers would not be in heaven. Yet, Abraham was with his forefathers, Scripture says.
Joshua 24:2 - "Terah, the father of Abraham, and the father of Nachor; and they served other deities," Genesis 15:15. "And you shall go to your fathers".
King David was a righteous king he must of gone to heaven? NO?
Acts 2:34 - For David did not ascend into the heavens.
When Lazarus died Jesus spoke to Martha that he was in Heaven? NO?
John 11:11 - Our friend Lazarus sleepeth; but I go, that I may awake him out of sleep.
Besides Jesus there must of been some one righteous enough to go to heaven? NO?
John 3:13 - No one has ascended into heaven except he who descended from heaven, the Son of Man.
When Jesus kingdom arrives he promised the good will go to heaven. NO?
Matthew 5:5 - Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the earth.
Surely people who are holy as saints and priests will rule with Jesus in heaven? NO?
Revelation 5:10 - You have made them to be a kingdom and priests to serve our God, and they will reign on the earth."
finally, the second death (from Rev 21:8) is a location for bad people to suffer in a fiery place. NO?
Rev 20:14 - And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
-The Second death is a judgment not a location. Jesus is promising that those who are not wicked will be resurrected and never die again. (Rev 20:15)
Verdict: Death is Hell. It's the grave where we are like in a sleep like state but have no conscience thought. Waiting to be brought back to life if we have followed Jesus teachings.

Depends on your beliefs.
Some people believe in Paradise iwhen you die if you were a good person, and likewise there is a place of misery and torture if you were bad.
Others believe in reincarnation, that you will be born again in a different body.
And then for the Atheist, you just lie in a coffin until you decompose or get burnt to ashes.
The decision is yours! ;)

As a Muslim, I believe in the Day of Judgment.
002.123: Then guard yourselves against a-Day when one soul shall not avail another, nor shall compensation be accepted from her nor shall intercession profit her nor shall anyone be helped (from outside)
002.177: It is not righteousness that ye turn your faces Towards east or West; but it is righteousness- to believe in God and the Last Day, and the Angels, and the Book, and the Messengers; to spend of your substance, out of love for Him, for your kin, for orphans, for the needy, for the wayfarer, for those who ask, and for the ransom of slaves; to be steadfast in prayer, and practise regular charity; to fulfil the contracts which ye have made; and to be firm and patient, in pain (or suffering) and adversity, and throughout all periods of panic. Such are the people of truth, the God-fearing.
003.025: But how (will they fare) when we gather them together against a day about which there is no doubt, and each soul will be paid out just what it has earned, without (favour or) injustice?
God knows best.
Peace and Love.

The Bible says we must all appear at the judgement seat of Christ to give an account of the things we've done in our body, whether they be good or bad. However, there will be a Great White Throne Judgement. This is meant only for the condemned. The judgement seat of Christ is for rewards given or witheld for obedience or lack of.

there are different types of beliefs in different parts of the world according to cast and other historical reasons.some belives that after you die our soul will be produced before a court ,their our good and bad actions are accounted and their it is decieded that he/she should sent hell or heavan.some others belive that when one dies his body was put into the box and buried, when the end comes god will call good souls from the buried and took them with him to heaven.others belive that all our actions are accounted in this life itself and when dies, its all over and also he will not be reborn, such kinds numerous beliefs are every where in this world.well i think no body has got an after death experience,so it should be difficult to give an insight to it,so it is good to leave the matter to the respective individulas itself.

I believe if we die before the rapture we will be asleep until judgement day, after the rapture if were NOT right with God then we will have to account for all of are actions, but if you have asked for forgive-ness then you have been forgave!

I believe that my soul will go back to God the Father. Everyone will have to appear before Him on the last day, this is why we have to believe because we don't know what time and day He will come to judge the living and the dead! God bless!

sure your are genuine. yet you ignored somthing. as quickly as we die do we bypass to the Isthmusand we gonna sit down there till the judgment day come. we are able to be ineffective yet we heavily isn't judged yet. there is two types f this international the solid one and the undesirable one its like waiting in a bus station one is uncovered to the sunlight and one promises shade which will make your waiting friendly. Its a similar element in case you have been a mind-blowing individual you would be waiting and not suffering. For the undesirable adult adult males they are going to be suffering and waiting the better punishment. After the universe end we are able to be judged and a few is going to paradise and others is going to hell; for eternity.
