Since you are in south America, your boyfriend/fiance may apply for a K1 visa for you, which will allow you to be here with him. But you need to genuinely want to marry him, because you must get married withing 90 days of arriving in the USA.
Non-immigrant visa for fiancé(e) (K-1) is required for you to travel to the United States for marriage. An I-129F fiancé(e) petition is required. see the links below. if you do not get married within 90 days of coming here, you will be sent back to your home country.
you will need:
# A passport valid for travel to the United States and with a validity date at least six months beyond the applicant's intended period of stay in the United States.
# Birth certificate
# Divorce or death certificate of any previous spouse for both the applicant and the petitioner
# Police certificate from all places lived since age 16
# Medical examination (vaccinations are optional,)
# Evidence of financial support (Form I-134, Affidavit of Support may be requested.)
# Two Nonimmigrant Visa Applications, Form DS-156 (A Form DS-156, prepared in duplicate.)
# One Nonimmigrant Fiancé(e) Visa Application, Form DS-156K
# Two nonimmigrant visa photos (each two inches 50 X 50 mm square, showing full face, against a light background)
# Evidence of a fiancé relationship
# Payment of fees

Yes your fiance can apply for you, here is the process.

I-129F
Evidence of your citizenship
G-325A for both of you
1 photo for both of you
Proof of termination of previous marriages
FC-029
Cover letter
Proof of meeting your spouse
Dated photos about 5 (make duplicates, you may not receive them back)
Engagement ring receipt
Phone bills
Description of how you met

Send all of these items to USCIS and wait for your approval letter I-797

Once the consulate receives notice of approval of your I-129F they will send an information packet (3) out to your fiancé.

Good luck
