Does anyone know where I can buy this if it's not on my computer? Do I just get it in a store or can I download it somewhere? Thanks!

you can buy excel on it's own from CDW but it is expensive.

Excel is part of the Microsoft Office suite..I'm not sure if you can buy it separate. But any store that sells software (Best Buy, Office Depot, etc) has Office and Ebay or similar will also have it.
