It just means that you don't have the same feelings that you used to have for your Significant Other or you might be bored with the relationship. Talk to them and see if you can't spice things up and if that doesn't help, move on.

I don't think so but it does mean that you aren't sure how you feel about your present bf. Thinking of someone else means you like them in some way better than you like the guy you are with now. You could even love the guy you are with now and still think of another guy as a friend. Since it is no one in particular I don't think it has any significant meaning.

I don't think it means that at all. In almost every relationship there is someting missing or something you wish were different. It is pretty natural to sometimes envision yourself with someone who fills that gap. You said no one in particular, so that means something, that you're probably not wanting to cheat. Stop beating yourself up about it. When you find yourself thinking that way, try to pick up on what seems good about your fantasy life. Maybe there's some helpful info there that you can use to improve your current relationship.

If everyone dumped their signficant other every time this happened, no one would ever stay in a relationship for more than a year. Whether or not you are thinking about someone else, especially in a general sense, is irrelevant. It could just be depression, curiosity, boredom, or just random thoughts. What is important is what you think about your current relationship. Evaluate it. Evaluate yourself. How do you feel about your man? How does he treat you? Are you happy? Do not get caught up in whatever you're thinking of when you're daydreaming. Get caught up in reality and look inside your heart. Then you'll really know if you are still in love or not.

I don't think so. Thinking about being with someone else is a normal part of peoples lives. Now if you act on any of those thoughts you have a problem. There's always going to be good looking people around and your mind is always going to wonder...there's nothing wrong with that.

if it's nobody in particular, just 'somebody' else, than yes, according to the Isley Brothers, you've lost that loving feeling.

I don't think that it means your not in love but I think that your love isn't as secure as you thought it was.Just take time and think about what you really want. Maybe your just wondering if that person is actually that someone.

If it was anyone in particular that means they really stained your brain. <-- Can't get them off your mind or out your heart.
