You mean "steroids"? Because steroids are the only way a bodybuilder can achieve size (mass). The human body cannot normally achieve the size which bodybuilder reach with normal diet and weightlifting. Therefore, they take enhancement drugs to reach their goal.

Insulin does not make you blood sugar go up..It makes it go down
I have never ever herd of body builders taking insulin..I guess you learn something every day

not all and insulin is illegal especially if you compet they use it to pump themselves up with deadly side effects
