I think I saw a lycanthropy group (as you say, not RP) listed in a winnipeg, but I can't remember how to get ahold of them. I'd wager though if there is a therian community, a vamp community is likely nearby.

Vampires are not real. So no, there are no vampire groups that aren't involved in some sort of roleplay.

There may be people who pretend to be vampires. There may be people who drink human blood. There may be an umpire organization for baseball. But there are no vampires. Sorry to disappoint.
