There are a lot of determining factors that could effect the safety of the pork. If it was fresh when it was cooked originally, if it was refridgerated promptly after serving (no more than an hour after cooking), then it can be good for 2 days in the fridge, if the fridge is set to a proper temperature. Any variation can seriously affect the safety.
