I squeeze a lime into my water for the taste. I also recommend using a water bottle with fluid measurements on the side so you can keep track of your water intake. Here is a website for one but there are many.
There is also a website from Wikihow about drinking more water.
Take Care.

I don't like the taste either but if you put your water bottles in the fridge freezer for a little while they get ice cold and this helps the taste go down easier. Okay and for the drinking water during the day thing drink a glass of water with every meal and then through the rest of the meal drink your usual pop, juice, ect. This should help you drink a little more during the day.

Set goals, If you want to drink 4 bottles a day, keep 4 bottles close by. If you don't like the taste add a little flavor. I hate flavored water and I didn't use to like plain water but I knew I had to have it so I just made myself drink it until it grew on me. Now I love it. But it has to be Dasani. I think that part is all in my head but who cares it works and I drink at least 5-16oz a day.

I carry a refillable bottle (just a regular plastic soda bottle, that way I don't feel bad if it gets lost). If you really can't stand the taste, squeeze a little lime or lemon juice into it. The other thing that seems to work is I made a deal with myself - for every glass of tea/bottle of soda/cup of tea or coffee, whatever, I have to drink the same amount of water before I let myself have a second glass of anything else.

I'm the same way. Water makes me gag. However, I get those crystal light packets and mix it with a water bottle, or drink bottles flavored carbonated water (make sure it has no sugar or sodium) Keep bottled water with you always. If it's a 24-oz bottle, just make sure you fill it up and drink it at least twice a day. It's easier that way.

wow I am like that tooooo
it has been working lately for me to make it a rule.
i drink at least 3 glasses at work.
one in the morning, during lunch and in the afternoon.
i drink at least 2 more when i go home during dinner.
so it is not very healthy but it is a start. (i am getting 5 glasses in a day rather than 1 )

Crystal Light is good, take a bottle with you all the time and drink it with meals especially. It will get easier and you will start to crave it. Try not to add things like lemonsto enhance flavor to often because the citric acid can cause canker sores.

definite Tori, Its very stable on your basic well being and well being. provides the floor all the moisture it desires and prevents it drying out. My tip could be to purchase Ribena or Orange Cordial and upload a splash to alter the style somewhat. you're nevertheless getting your water intake, its in easy terms a splash greater handy to swallow
