Acid reflux can lead to GERD and cancer. Go get it checked. Boy am i glad I no longer have acid reflux! Better living through chemistry.

Not is does not lead to an ulcer but it can cause esophogeal erosion where it erodes the lining of the espophogus. This is why it needs to be diagnosed by the doc to find the cause and take care of the cause if it is correctable and treat the GERD so it doesn't cause this.

yes. if you have chronic acid reflux you should see a doctor. i have it chronically, and i know it can cause huge problems.
