Zone diet is cutting-edge, very healthy. I used it when weight training and saw results VERY quickly.

Try a cleansing diet! I did and lost 11 pounds and 21 inches in only 9 days. I was very happy with the results and continued on the program and lost 29 pounds in 5 weeks. This is the fastest I have ever lost with other diets like Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Medifast, Slimfast etc…. Cleansing works by removing toxins from your body. You get toxins from your food (pesticides, preservatives, food additives, colorings) water, chemicals, pollution, medications, alcohol, hormones that the animals you eat were fed etc….YUCK! The toxins get coated with fat and remain in your body. To remove the fat, you have to remove the toxins. This system worked for me, maybe it can work for you too. You can check out the website or call this toll free number 1-877-587-4647 for more info. The program is not cheap, but it is worth every penny since it works and keeps you motivated. Good luck! Only eat salads and boil everything don't fry it.
If you can afford paying jenny Craig or diet programs like that I think it will be better for your husband and the diet plans won't involve shakes and things like that. But keep in mind that you have to eat small portions and a lot of times a day that's what will help and don't forget work out to make your husband in shape.

There's no tried and true. If she's got morning sickness it's best for her to just eat whatever she thinks will stay down. Healthwise, have her give up empty calories like pop, potato chips, prepackaged snacks. Lean meats, chicken, lots of fresh fruit and veggies, whole grains. The best food advice I ever got (pregnant or not) is to stop buying meals and start buying ingredients. Cut out the junk and make sure to increase soluble and insoluble fibre and make sure to eat foods rich in iron (some red meat, and lots of dark green leafy veggies). And when the craving hits you for a cheeseburger, ice cream etc, indulge it. You're only pregnant once, and if the baby wants french fries, let it rip. Just realize that it's a treat, not an everyday thing.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

Weight Watchers' Core plan worked very well for me, not as much tracking to do and it trained me to keep good habits even though I've been off it now for about a year and a half. I lost 35 pounds in about 6 months, and have kept it off since quitting the plan due to the good habits learned.

Try the 6 week body makeover...my sis followed it and she looks amazing. It took longer then 6 weeks for her but she was a large girl. It's a VERY healthy alternative to dieting and it is a great way to lose fat and gain muscle. It teaches you to eat for your body type and you NEVER go hungry!
You can get it on ebay for pretty cheap...

When i am stressed i eat as much as i want, never get 'big'.Is not an option , just a joke, dont eat much, try to have a program of meals, dont eat in the night, much more sport activities, try to not thinking in food all the time, the brain is working and good luck.
