Need sorbet, salsa and guacamole recipes for the magic bullet?

I have a knock-off version of the magic bullet so I don't have a recipe book. Need a recipe for sorbet, salsa and guacamole.

Don't do Guacamole in the Magic BUllet. It will chop everythign to fine. Guacamole is better in larger pieces..

I actually just made salsa yesterday. Here's what I use. 3 Large tomatoes diced 1 Large yellow onion diced 2 Jalapeno peppers - I use one whole one including the membrane and seeds, the other I take them out. Cilantro Juice of 3 limes Salt and pepper to taste Sometimes I add a little cyanne pepper, or McCormick's has a spicy southwestern seasoning that is good in it too. Happy cooking

when i make fresh salsa in a food processer i don't have an exact recipe per say but I like to do this; for a medium I put put 2 jalapenos 2 hueritos or yellow hots (fresh or only 1 of each if desired) 1 clove of fresh garlic, 1 small white or yellow onion, 2 small green onion, some cilantro , salt, pepper & a squeeze of lemon. good luck & 2 small or 1 large tomato

2 med tomoatoes, cut down some
1 clove garlic
4 sprigs fresh cilantro
1 wedge cut from an onion
1/2 jalepeno
And then do your thing with your bullet rip off and viola! salsa!
i like to pour mine around some cream cheese.
You can add chedder cheese cubes in if you like and microwave it to have a cheese dip.
