i gots fat rolls on my back. i'm workin on a good diet. i'm sexy tho. if i lose weights will fat on my back go too? i don't kno how this work cuz it don't seem like it can go away quick like a fat tummy or fat legs. also how i can make my calfs smaller?

hey girl. here's the thing, its GREAT you have a good diet. but, make sure youre eating atleast 5 times a day. have a healthy breakfast, oatmeal, fruit. then maybe a few hours later have a piece of fruit. then lunch and so on. healthy food. lots of grilled chix, fruit, salad, lots of water. and with the great eating habits youre going to have to do cardio exercise and also weight training. first the cardio will get the fat down, and the weight training will get you toned! slim, and healthy! good luck!
