Most likely culprit; your shoes. Are you wearing RUNNING shoes? Or cross trainers or aerobic shoes? Some shoes made to be worn in the gym don't have the cushioning that shoes made for running have. If you're wearing the right type of shoe, it may be that the shoes you're wearing are just not right for you. Try some other excercises in them, e.g. biking, jogging on a softer surface, if your feet still hurt, they are just not the right shoes for you. Your feet are trying to tell you something. Ignoring them and continuing will only make them hurt worse.

This has happened to me..You need good shoes and a few different pairs (doc said so)..it helps the feet respond better to the impact of the jogging.

it is probably the shoes, there are lots of running stores that will help you fit a shoe for you according to your weight and running style. you may need cushioning in a running shoe than your current ones have or more stability so your ankles do not roll. But good shoes are the most important piece of running equipment you should have.

You probably don't have a good pair of running shoes. Go to a good shoe store and have them fit you with a good pair of running/jogging shoes.

as you jog more it will descrease to make the pain less do a warm up before you start and especially excercise your feet for e.g. rotating your foot, stretching it up and down. This may help!

My legs tense up during orgasms and start to shake after. Maybe it's just the way your body responds to that sort of excitement.

In addition to better shoes, you might also want to consider purchasing a jogger trampoline. It will reduce the impact on your joints as well as your feet.

Are you overweight? Maybe you are too heavy for jogging. I have a friend who is 5'2" and 140lbs...her doctor told her that even she is too heavy for jogging and it will hurt her back and knees.
