Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

First and for most to get flab or fat off of your body you must run. You can do piliates which targets your core muscles and gives you a slim apperance. Try winsors or any piliates program. I like the standing ones.:)

You need to be on a lowfat diet. Consult your doctor, but when I had abs (years and years ago) I was eating 20% or less of my diet from fat. Non-fat milk, non-fat mayo, lots of fruits and veggies, VERY lean meat - white chicken breast, etc. Get that layer of fat off so they'll show.

you can do all the ab muscle training ever existed and they wont show if you have a layer of fat covering it up. a combination of muscle toning and cardio is needed on top of a healthy diet
