The two drugs are metabolized through different organs and act on different receptors in the body. I would be careful in how much you are consuming of each and would not advise adding one product to the normal dose of the other product. You won't get an additional positive effect, but could get increased negative side effects.

NO!!! Never take aspirin and acetaminophen together. The best thing to take with tylenol is ibuprofen. Take it every two hours alternating the two. But dont go over the daily limit

Yes it is. Many drugs like Excderin migraine contain both aspirin and acetominophen in the product.

They can be. But don't take aspirin or any other of the older class if NSAID's if you take a COX II inhibitor, such as but not limited to Celebrex.

You really should check this with your pharmacist, as part of a discussion of absolutely everything that you take. Then, take any recommendations to your doctor.

no acetaminophen is the ingredient in tylenol which is less likely to tear up your stomach, but it can damage your liver

asprin is Acetylsalicylic acid can hurt your stomach and is a blood thinner as well.

Yes. You can take them both together with no problem. They are 2 different types of drugs and each works differently.
