Honesty, thoughtfulness, communication skills, financial stability (if he can support himself, it shows responsibility), a sense of humor (but doesn't necessarily have to be a comedian), and of course a girl has to find him attractive.

Most? For me it's smarts, respect and , truthfully, if he looks better it wouldn't exactly be a turn off.
I don't want an idiot, with a big wallet and figures I'll do what he wants if he buys me enough presents. I want an intelligent conversationalist who treats me right and looks like he puts some effort into how he looks (at least he'll do so for me). Also I find if the guy shows passion in something, like art, music or w/e, he's more attractive.
Not to mention every trait in the book, but humour is nice and an almost sure fire way to get my attention is to tickle me (don't go extreme on the last one...some people hate that).

I don't buy all that. The nice guys, the good guys never get a chance with the ladies. The ladies allways goes to the hot guy if they will have them. Even when they are used and abused, the nice guys, the good guys listen to them whine and complain about being abused. Cheers them up and BAM; thier off to the hot guys for another dose.
I've been the hot guy when I was younger, I know! Unfortunately, I'm the older guy now and not so hot.
Just a nice guy........a good guy and lonely.

Personality and eyes. I have to be able to look at you, so physical attraction means a lot too .I love a guy with a good sense of humor and a sense of chivalry. I want to be taken care of and have a sense of security. Dont get me wrong, you dont' have to pay for everything, but i want to know that if i need a lightbulb changed or something moved, then he will be there to take care of me. I like good guys. Guys that are quick to compliment and never put me down.

i could say sense of humor, but every girl seems to have different things that trigger laughter.
i could say honesty, but some girls rather hear what they want.
i could say sexual performance, but some girls either want commitment or take more work to satisfy than guys.
i know it sounds fague, but you need to be "fun" to be around and just be true to yourself. It's only the stuff that comes naturally that really works with most girls anyway. Get into something you like and make it part of your personality. Think of things that make you laugh and have fun with it. Of course, you will only entertain certain girls, but at least they'll like you for who you are. Being fake only works if you can professionally act, which takes years to prepare for anyway. Being you is easier and takes less work.

Totally depends on the girl and where she is in her life.
I'm in my mid 30's and have dated a lot. In my mid-teens I wanted a rebellious guy... a bad boy.
When I turned 20 I wanted stability... and was engaged to a rich guy with his own business.
Then, I ran away from him to be with a hippy with no money and no prospects, and no sense of responsability.
Later, I dated a guy who I didn't find attractive at all, but my family and friends loved him.
Finally (I hope) I am with a guy who knows me better than anyone else... he is someone I can get old with, and still have something to talk about when we're both wrikled and saggy. I don't always share his opinions, or his sense of humour. He doesn't always respect me, and he's not always completely honest... but usually.
So, there are girls who will say : loyalty, honesty, sense of humour... but it's not always that easy.
Depends on the girl. Depends on where she is in her life.

The truth from most of my female friends is good looks. The line about a sense of humor is a line to try and make you feel better.

At first
Confidence, a guy who is confident is the one who girls are interested in ......at first
while getting to know you, a sense of humor. If you can make a girl laugh, you can make her do anything.
After they have gotten to know you, honesty, a warm heart, and to be able to trust the guy enough to let their guard down, without fear of judgment.
