No they would have no problem you would have the problem being banged up in prison.

why ?
is he abusive to you ?
or has just conqured your last date for himself ?
wichever the case
you are better off ...
toying with this idea and address the real issue
in a clear way ..at least with yourself
now that I have read the other questions
I see I was right ..you must ask for help
where are you ? if in the UK
you can go Citizen Advice and inform the [local]Police ...also NHS as he is obviously a dangerous person ..you just act on it now ..plase none should endure this ..
if not in the UK I'm sure other countries have the equivalent as Social Care centers
you can ask advice also in other places they'll redirect you [child abuse ,women ect ]
be strong ..this too shall pass ....
you'll see it is possible to overcome

I understand the frustration you must be going through....but killing your uncle will not solve your problem..you will be put in jail and you will end up alone, frustrated and angry....and a criminal record for the rest of your life....move out, get a place of your own, enjoy your life(but not behind bars)...if your grandparents wish to "side" with your uncle, then that's their wish....don't make that your problem....take a deep breath, relax, then take life one day at a time.

Well why do you want to kill him, you don't say. And yes you will go to prison if you get caught. And you might not liek prison because they will make you wish you weren't there. But I won't kill him. Whatever he did I would go to the proper atturoties and report him. Because killingis not teh answer and you have all your life to live. The law would classify that as murder. They're not keen on that, those law people.
Then you'll go to jail and have your bottom attacked by Big Vinnie who's 'in' with the guards.
