I once made a self-portrait statue, does it mean the statue can then call itself me? No, it's not me, it just looks like me.
Same with God, you are NOT God, you just look like Him. That's why He said that He made us in His image, and didn't say "I made 'em just like Me"

There are alot of things if you see around you from plants from sand to the ever lasting sky.
I do hope you aprecciate everyday that you day goes well, is thanks to him . Everyday that you are safe and sound and have a supporting family or a relationship is thanx to him.
Everyday you are living on a land with secure lifestyle is thanx to him.
Have you witnessed a tsunami, have you felt a loss in your life?
Have you felt a pain in a part of your body that you needed help?
You have to thank God for your happines because you are blessed. We are in this world to be tested and to witness for ourselves if we are going to go with our greed and call ourselves one day GOD!!!!
We do have alot of power that we are still searching and finding out about, that should really make us God, we did creat electricity didnt we??? But that is the wrong way to think, that is the way to say you are ungrateful for all the things been given to you.
I think to answer your own question start reading about God. And see if you can answer it for yourself.
I will promise you , that after reading all religions, you will have a different opinion about your life, and you will be more than greatful.
I hope you get out of your confusion

You are only made in His 'Image" .
You still lack His "Essence" no wonder you claim the right to be arrogant !!!!!
Don't ever underrate the scripture scribes they were darn smart men they have left such loopholes and used a language which does not make it possible for anyone to nail them down.

To be made in God's image means to be made to be like God. Since God is not arrogant, to be arrogant is to be not like God, and hence not be be in God's image. It is more like Satan's image, since he is the arrogant and proud one.

God is not arrogant so why would you even consider that statement.... To be made in his image is not literally it is a figure of speech meaning you are part of him.

Here it is in the scriptures for you...like Jesus said..it is written...Romans 9:20......
Nay but, O man, who art thou that repliest against God? Shall the thing formed say to him that formed it, Why hast thou made me thus?
He knows you ...and did not have to allow you into this world ..it was Him who gave you this life and him that can take it..and he knows what you feel...and even though it seems you are angry about life itself and it's unfairness....He still loves you..and is willing for you to open your heart and receive Jesus..God bless

God knows your heart and the reason why you would do this. If you are truly seeking truth than He may reveal himself to you.
