BMI index is a false indicator of obesity and fat percentage. It is not accurate and should not be followed. As I always state...two people can be the same weight and height while one can be obese and the other can be muscular, yet they will both have the same BMI. Think about it. That is not a true indicator of fat.

The only method to determine fat percentage is a body fat composition analysis.

body mass index= body mass/body height 2, normal is under 25, but more important thing is % of fats in your body

Weight in kilograms / Square of height in meter

Example: BMI = 60kg / (1.65 m * 1.65m) = 22.04
