Well, the body can make any protein it wants, as long as it has the right amino acids. Also, the body can make many amino acids out of other amino acids. The amino acids that the body can't make are arginine (for the younger people only), histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, and valine. All of these can come from sources other than turkey.
However, turkey may contain other chemicals that encourage the body to build muscle, and it may provide amino acids in a good proportion for muscle-building. Then again, maybe merely getting protein is more important than getting the right ones. I don't know.

false - you can build muscle mass without ever eating turkey. For example, you get vegetarian bodybuilders (along with many who just don't eat turkey) and babies can grow to become healthy adults (with a healthy amount of muscle) without ever eating turkey.
I mean, turkey breast is a good, lean meat and protein source - but there's plenty of other protein sources you could choose.

False. Any protein helps build muscle mass. Try chicken, fish, beans, skim milk, etc. How you prepare them matters. Don't fry in oil for example.

False. When I played football in HS and was bulking up, my coach put me on a diet that was high in red meats in order to help build muscle mass.

false. all protein contributes to the building of muscle. muscle mass in and of itself is not "built" by ingesting protein alone. to build muscle mass, one must participate in resistance exercises such as weight lifting, swimming (uses the resistance of your body through water), or yoga (uses your own body weight in strategic poses as resistance). resistance exercises basically build muscle tissue by breaking down existing tissue & causing the body to repair itself and make more muscle tissue in the process. also, your muscle mass will increase at a faster rate if you vary between light & heavy workouts, changing your routine each day.
