I have and I would. But he must not be unemployed. As long as he is working and not lazy then I don't care how much he makes. Especially if he has all those good qualities you mentioned.

Yeah, the whole "primary breadwinner has to be the man" thing is a thing of the past. I honestly think it bothers more men than women. Don't let it hurt your pride. She probably doesn't even think about it. Yes, I'll be the first to admit, some women still like to be "taken care of" and are interested in money, but not nearly all of us. I had some friends like this and it drove me nuts they way they would "pounce" if they knew a guy was loaded. Also, if she wanted a man to take care of her that badly, why would she get a good-paying job? But if it bothers you that much, think of it this way. A few thousand dollars a year really isn't that much when it's spread out over 26 paychecks (assuming pay every other week). 3,000 more per year is only about a hundred dollars each pay check. That's only about 2 or 3 tanks of gas (depending on where you live and what you drive, of course).

have confidence me there are various accessible distinctly particularly ethnic demographics have been ladies seem to do disproportionately better on elementary than their male opposite numbers. i understand a cop married to a rubbish guy, i understand a school affiliate professor married to a shape worker. a number of those couples exist, some ladies who understand of the disparity will try their toughest to locate somebody at their point or date different communities. even however i think of if the relationships works it shouldnt count number if he makes much less see you later as he's efficient and not stagnant. For me in my opinion interior the destiny i does no longer be gentle with a guy who made critically decrease than me reason i could want to have interaction in pursuits that he could experience underminded in reason he couldnt help those issues. I couple of money isn't a controversy yet a difference of 15 000 or greater is. EDIT: no longer it somewhat is the place i'll sound bias. If a synthetic greater moneyt han me it wouldnt difficulty me see you later as he can settle for that reality, and did no longer belittle my earnings reason i does no longer grow to be a bum with the aid of fact he makes greater. Neither am I obsessed on finding a "wealthy daddy". in basic terms a effectual individual in any profession. There a guy i understand who has his own carpentry employer, trades means and he makes ninety grand a 12 months. Congrats to the metallic mill guy.

I think that they should definitely date if the salary difference is not an issue. However, for a lot of men that can be a problem. Men are supposed to be the main break-winners and for some of them they feel inadequate if the woman makes a considerable amount of money than he does.

they should have a talk about it and see how the other feels, then move on from their and try to enjoy each other

Well, for one, she's obviously 1)independent and 2)not a gold digger! Whats wrong with dating someone who makes less money? You said so he's a good guy! Money doesn't buy love or happiness, and she knows this. Would I date a guy who makes thousands of dollars less then me? Maybe. I don't make much now. Still in college. Now, after I graduate, still depends. How much do I make? $100,00? sure I would date him. $50,000? Sure. I think if its true love, it won't matter. Love will find away!

Yes, just becasue he makes less doesn't mean he can't support himself and her sometimes. Most women look for men with bigger paychecks becasue she wants him to spend some money on her but i personally wouldn't care. I mean, i'd like him to do something for me once in a while, but no dedicate his job to me. you know. Everything else about him is in good standing so why knock hi becasue of a couple thousand dollars?

I met my husband while we were in college, graduated before him and put him through the last 2 years of grad school. Now that he's working, I'm staying home with our 20 month old until she's ready for preschool. It's an even trade.

An HONEST guy? It wouldn't matter if he dug ditches for a living - I'm in!! I have more respect for someone who earns an honest days wages for an honest days work than anyone. Your job is not who you are.
