Hi guys, happy new year to all of you around the world. Now any of you tech heads out there know if Internet Explorer 7 has sorted itself out yet and ok to upgrade, when I upgraded to IE 7 back in November I had hell in all probs and had to go back to IE 6. Only prob is my sign in page is different to what it was when my pc was bought new, it asked me to upgrade which i did and it was different but going back to 6 as i think mine was at first, my sign in page is nothing like when first bought, I'm flamming puzzled as 7 looked like i had b4 but with extra bits , and 6 is totally different, surely they dont do half sizes? ha ha.

I am on BT internet with yahoo, sorry guys I still am a learner, u will have 2 put up with me, most of u know i am disabled and find things hard to understand, I hate keep mentioning my disabilities, but its part of me that cannot shut up, i love chatting to people and the only friends i have r on here.

I can't stand IE 7. Still have lots of problems with it. Not sure what you mean by "sign in page". Could it be your homepage changed? If so locate the website you want to use then go to Toolls - Internet Options & in the General tab click "Use Current" under Homepage.

Hi Bubbles, I'm getting on fine with IE7, it improved heaps when I switched off the phishing check. I like the uncluttered look and the extra room it gives.

You only need to do a search on here to see how many people are having problems with IE7. The best thing to do is download Mozilla Firefox available from http://www.mozilla.com/ Its faster, more user friendly, easily customisable to suit your needs and no problems.

Happy New Year to you too. I switched to 7 last week, but it messed up so bad that I've changed back to 6.

I switched to IE7 & quickly switched back to IE6 along with everyone else I know. You may want to do a system restore, pick a date your computer was working the way you wanted it to.
